Alyssa Lauture was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and comes from the Costo Clan.
Alyssa attended and graduated from West Wood High school in Mesa, AZ in 2008, went on to receive her Associates in Arts from South Mountain Community College in Phoenix in 2010 and her Bachelors in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in 2015. Alyssa is a member of various committees and board. and serving her third term on Tribal Council.
