TERO Commissions

The purpose of this Ordinance is to assist Tribal members in employment on and near the Santa Rosa Indian Reservation, prevent discrimination against Indians in the employment practices of Reservation employers, ensure fair employment practices in general, require Indian preference in employment, and provide training for Tribal members to help them receive skills needed for employment and advancement. Men and women shall be given equal pay for equal work.
